Shannon looking fab in her Debs Dress, a large crowd gathered to see Shannon leave the house today with her date Daniel. The Meanscoil San Nioclás event was held at the Park Hotel, Dungarvan.

RNLI. Donnchadh Fahey raised 500 Euro cycling in the Sean Kelly 50K on Sunday last. Well done Donnchadh. All guests at Seaview over the summer months will know Donnchadh from his welcoming smile in the mornings. Well done to Shannon , Tony And Jimmy who also completed the Sean Kelly 50K.

Baking Day

Every day is Baking day at Seaview, Nora bakes all her own scones and brown bread from her own special receipes. Tangy blackcurrant jam is made from our own blackcurrents, tended by Martin in our extensive garden. There are also gooseberries, apples and maybe a pear or two if your lucky. This year we had our own strawberries also. A stay at Seaview will leave you wanting more of everything, the view, the food and the company.

Not a lot happening on the accommodation front these days, so being invited to Lismore Castle for afternoon tea and a tour of the gardens then on to the Heritage centre to catch up on all the history was a welcome diversion yesterday.
